How to Wear
First wearing: Saturday morning after bath, on the left wrist. Traditionally cleansed more often than other stones — rinse under clean lukewarm water monthly and recharge overnight on a selenite plate or under the full moon. Remove while bathing and sleeping to protect the stretch cord.

Yes — every bracelet is free size on a reinforced stretch cord and comfortably fits roughly 6 to 8.5 inch wrists. There is no clasp and nothing to size.
Which wrist should I wear it on?
