Authenticity & Certification

Are your products really lab-tested? Yes. A sample from every batch is tested at an independent laboratory, and rudraksha is X-ray verified. Your box carries a QR linking to your batch's actual report. No report, no dispatch.

How do I scan the QR report? Open your phone camera and point it at the QR card in your box — it opens your batch's own certificate.

Are the stones natural? We test for and disclose treatment status on the report. We don't pass off treated or synthetic material as natural.

Choosing & Wearing

How do I find my rashi? Your rashi is ideally your moon sign (not sun sign). Take our Find-My-Remedy quiz or share your birth details and we'll guide you.

Which wrist should I wear a bracelet on? Tradition suggests the left wrist (the "receiving" side). Comfort is fine too.

Is there a best day/time for first wearing? Traditionally a morning after bath, often on the weekday linked to the item (e.g. Saturday for Shani items, Friday/Thursday for wealth pieces). A guide is included.

What size are the bracelets? Most are 8mm natural beads on a stretch cord that fits ~6–8.5" wrists, unisex, unless the product page says otherwise.

Can men, women and children wear these? Yes — most are unisex. Kids' Karungali malas are made in a smaller 6mm size. Please supervise young children with any beaded item.

Care

How do I clean/cleanse my item? Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Many wear it in soft moonlight or rest it on selenite to refresh. Rudraksha benefits from an occasional drop of natural oil.

Can I wear it in water? Remove bracelets while bathing/swimming to protect the cord. Pyrite must be kept dry — it can tarnish with water.

Do you offer COD? Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most of India, alongside UPI, cards and netbanking.

How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after batch energisation; delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship across India? Yes, free shipping across India. We currently sell within India only.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp/SMS once your order ships.

What's your return policy? 7-day easy returns on unworn items in original packaging (hygiene note applies to worn personal items). See our Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now? Message us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
