These Terms govern your use of kaalveda.in and every order placed on it. The website is owned and operated by Smartcore Innovations Private Limited (CIN: U62099HR2024PTC126652), referred to here as "KaalVeda", "we" or "us". By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or do so under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By ordering you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Products & descriptions

Our products are spiritual and devotional items sold as articles of faith and tradition. Descriptions reference what Vedic shastra, vastu and cultural custom traditionally associate with each item. Such statements are expressions of belief and tradition — not claims of guaranteed results. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, financial, legal or professional advice, and our products are not a substitute for it. Natural materials vary — minor differences in shade, pattern and bead size from photographs are normal and not defects.

Pricing & taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is issued by Smartcore Innovations Private Limited (GSTIN: 08ABOCS7895K1Z6) for every order. Despite our care, a listing may occasionally carry an incorrect price or description; we may correct errors, and cancel and fully refund any order placed on a materially incorrect listing.

Payments

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking and wallets, processed by RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways, plus Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. We never see or store your full card details, UPI PIN or OTP, and we will never ask for them by phone or message.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase; our acceptance happens when the order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or COD abuse — any amount already paid on a cancelled order is refunded in full per our refund policy.

Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms — including all timelines — are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Certification claims

Where we describe items as lab-tested or certified, a QR-linked batch report is provided. Certification confirms material identity and treatment status; it does not certify spiritual efficacy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photography and design — is owned by or licensed to Smartcore Innovations Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, or infringing others' rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Smartcore Innovations Private Limited against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural calamities, strikes, courier or network outages, or government action.

Grievance redressal

Per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be escalated to our Grievance Officer, Rahul Gupta (support@kaalveda.in, subject "Grievance") — acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days. Full details are on our Contact page.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

Severability & changes

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version at this URL, with its date above, applies to your order.
